Air Jordan XX8 SE: New Slate – Atomic Orange – Black

The Air Jordan XX8 caught fire towards the end of its first year run, and it’s easy to see why people weren’t as quick to adapt to the shoe with its crazy zip-up shroud and new technology. For those that weren’t too sure about the 28th sneaker in the Jordan signature line, there’s always the Air Jordan XX8 SE, which takes the same Jordan Flight plate base and instead opts for the normal lace up front with a lightweight hyperfuse upper. The latest edition of the sneaker skips out on any graphics and instead opts for a rather odd colorway that’s somewhere between a lifestyle and a “Charlotte Bobcats” scheme as the shoe is based in a new slate blue while atomic orange accents light up the laces and branding.
