There are few moments in Air Jordan history that reference Mike’s departure from the NBA for the sport of baseball. The most notable are the Air Jordan IX PE cleats he wore on the diamond but, many years later, an Air Jordan 1 set arrived that paid a bit of homage as well. This was one of them, donning the colorway of the minor league Birmingham Barons that Michael Jordan played for back in 1994 as part of the ‘Opening Day’ pack.
