How will history treat these environmentally friendly (the triangular look is apparently the result of a recylced-materials approach) Air Jordan VII’s known as the “J2K” pack? Well they’ve certainly got their work cut out for them, with both pairs arriving in an Olympic summer than has seen no shortage of awesome retro releases, especially on the Air Jordan VII. With that being said maybe we’re looking at the first in a long string of such pairs, and these two are to act as trailblazers of sorts. Anyways, regardless of how they end up regarded in the grand scheme of things their story starts this weekend, with both the Obsidian and Filbert hitting tomorrow, August 4th. Click through for photos of both and look for them in limited quantities at spots like West NYC.
