For The Daily Jordan today we’re taking it back to an original colorway of the Air Jordan X, one that actually comes with an extra design element that was scrapped on the other versions of the sneaker. That element is the toe cap, seen here on the ‘Steel’ colorway, a detail Michael Jordan apparently disagreed with. The story goes that MJ saw the first production run sporting that little embellishment and requested that Nike pull the pairs with all subsequent version coming with the smoother look.
