A little bit of wear and tear on a vintage pair is to be expected, but beat up out of the box? That’s what happened to the unlucky Matthew McGnarly, who went out looking for a pair of the Air Jordan IV ‘Cavs’ last weekend and came home with the unfortunate pair you see here. Purchased from a Champs retail spot, both shoes were heavily speckling with a nasty film of mold. Is this a contained occurence or have you ever heard of such a strange fate falling on a fresh out the box pair of Air Jordans? Let us know in the comments below.
