When you think of the University of Arizona basketball program, you think of “Point Guard U”. Others, sneakerheads in particular, know of the Arizona Wildcats because of what they wear on court. The program is known for debuting the Nike Air Foamposite One during the 1997 NCAA Tournament, but since then they’ve gained notoriety for their Air Jordan selection. This season alone we’ve seen the likes of Josiah Turner, Brendon Lavender and Nick Johnson wear everything from the Air Jordan V ‘Toro Bravo’ to the Air Jordan XI ‘Concord’.
