Being affiliated with Nike is a good thing, but being the alma mater of Nike’s founder is a great thing. The Oregon Ducks football program has greatly benefited from their association with Nike over the last decade as they have been picked to test new technology in the form of uniforms and equipment. Another plus that the Ducks have over every program in the NCAA is their personalized gear like the Air Jordan IX they wore prior to the 2011 BCS Championship Game.
