Jordan Brand has revived the Jordan Alpha 3% Hoop with modern technology much like the Air Jordan Alpha 1, Air Jordan 2.0 and Air Jordan 8.0. The original Jordan 3 Percent hit shelves as a training shoe with its name taking inspiration from Jordan’s 3 percent body fat he maintained during his playing days. The Alpha 3 Percent is brought back for modern performance needs on the court that is visible with the added Max Air unit for extra cushioning. The first three colorways of the Alpha 3 Percent include a ‘Bred’-like colorway, a ‘Flint’-like colorway and a ‘DMP’-like colorway. All three colorways are expected to hit Jordan Brand retailers this July.
