Jordan Courtside

The retro releases are Jordan Brand’s bread and butter, but too often the brand new models fly under the radar at the expense of the legacy line. Hopefully this new offering for August 2011, the Jordan Courtside in a murdered out Black/Black colorway, won’t suffer the same fate. The shoe sits on top of the familiar sole kit of the Air Jordan III, but the design on the upper is something completely new, with some nice layered paneling in a tough black nubuck. The hints of black patent leather on the Jordan Courtside really help to drive home the sleek feel of this new Jordan Brand sneaker. These are definitely a good call if you want to get away from all the bright sneakers hitting the streets in the summer and do it while sticking with the Jump Man.
