These days Jay-Z is usually caught in some higher end designer shoes, but everyone once in a while he’ll bring out a classic pair of sneakers that remind us that he grew up rocking Air Jordans and idolizing Michael just like the rest of us. At this special concert for the Adult Swim Upfront 2011 event on May 18th, Jay-Z came on stage rocking a pair of Black/Cement Air Jordan III, an undeniable pair that we last saw in the Countdown Pack but is rumored to be making a comeback this fall. While it’s unclear if the pair featured here is a sneak peak of the pending fall release or a previous retro, it’s good to know that these staple Air Jordan III’s found their way into Jay’s “All Black Everything” campaign.
