Jordan Fly Wade Launch Event Recap

Yesterday, May 5th, 2011, marked the official retail launch of the Jordan Fly Wade, Dwyane Wade’ first signature shoe with Jordan Brand. To commemorate the release, an event was held at House of Hoops Dadeland by Foot Locker to offer a behind the scenes look at the shoe. In attendance were comedian/actor Kevin Hart who appears alongside Dwyane Wade in the Dominate Another Day ad campaign and Howard “H” White who is Jordan Brand’s Vice President of Marketing and author of “Believe to Achieve”. White spoke to the youth in attendance about improving their life skills off and on the court. All students who were at the event, received a copy of Mr. White’s book. One student in attendance was the lucky winner of an autographed pair of Jordan Fly Wade’s by D-Wade himself.
