Thursday May 5th marks the official U.S. retail launch of Dwyane Wade’s first signature shoe with Jordan Brand, the Jordan Fly Wade. To commemorate this release, actor/comedian and co-star of the Dominate Another Day commercial series, Kevin Hart, will speak with 50 students from Miami South Ridge High School at Miami Dadeland House of Hoops by Foot Locker to offer a behind scenes look at Jordan Brand’s latest shoe. Joining Hart in speaking with the students will be Howard “H” White, Jordan Brand’s Vice President of Sports Marketing. White, the author of “Believe to Achieve”, will speak to the youth about life skills and achieving success both on and off the basketball court.

The Jordan Fly Wade is the lightest shoe developed by Jordan Brand to date and was designed to help today’s best athletes perform at their highest level. The first two colorways of the Fly Wade will be available in the U.S. on May 5th, 2011, and in China on May 7th, 2011, at the suggested retail price of $140. Additionally, the Jordan Fly Wade will be available for customization on NikeiD on Sunday, May 24, 2011.
