Air Jordan 11 “Space Jam” is just over three weeks away from hitting shelves, remastered to the full original 1995 effect. Michael Jordan wore this exact version during the 1995 NBA Playoffs against the Orlando Magic, yet it was his time in the shoe during the filming of Space Jam in summer 1995 that ostensibly branded the nickname.

Jordan Brand released blue-accented versions in 2000 and in 2009, but the 2016 release is the first retro of MJ’s concord purple version. In addition to the correct hue, Nike Air is included on each insole, along with forward-facing Jumpman logos, and the higher cut patent leather that marked Tinker Hatfield’s original design. A huge sneaker drop by any measure. Find official angles below and stay tuned for more details in the run-up to release day, December 10.
