If Michael Jordan says you’re the first Jordan Brand-sponsored football team, it’s official. The hoops legend announced via Twitter today that the University of Michigan football program is now part of the Jordan Brand family.
The announcement follows news of Michigan Athletics returning to Nike in 2016, which includes an option to feature Jordan Brand footwear and apparel with the university’s basketball teams.
