It’s got the Air Jordan 1 top but the bottom is a little forward-thinking to Air Jordan 2. A rarity from 1985, the Air Jordan 1.5 offers fans a wearable piece of history when it releases this Saturday, July 25th. Michael Jordan took a few spins on the court in this modified model, a somewhat reinforced take that put a bit more midsole between MJ’s feet and the punishing hardwood floor. Aside from the sole, a couple other cues were changed for this sneaker – inverting the black and red on the Nike Air tongue tag, and a Nike wings logo instead of the standard Air Jordan version. Are you adding these to your collection? Let us know in the comments and check out some of the latest images here.
