Jordan Brand’s announcement yesterday of the Flight Runner Golf – the brand’s first footwear foray into the category – was essentially a ringing endorsement of the Flight Runner 2 on which it’s based. And it’s because the shoe’s platform of performance goodies has a proven track record at being good at most things. It all starts with the dual density foam midsole and Flight Flex directional pattern underfoot, then moves up through the mesh and synthetic upper with Flywire support and heel counter overlay. The colorways are the cherry on top, in this case a “Hare Jordan” pairing of grey, red and green that has made the rounds on a handful of Jordan sneakers so far this year. You can find these and other colorways now pretty much everywhere. The Flight Runner Golf releases later this month, so stay tuned for additional info on those.
