Carmelo Anthony Celebrates His 31st Birthday With Jordan Spizike

Today’s date of May 29, 2015 means that Carmelo Anthony is officially 31 years young. While we can’t know all that the Knicks star has planned for his b-day celebrations, we do know he’s relaxing and reflective today about his life’s journey, if his Instagram photos are any indication. And we know that he’s walked at least some of that journey today in the Jordan Spiz’ike, an assemblage hewn by change and growth over the years much like Melo himself. Have a good one, Melo – bend that training regimen a bit and deal with some cake.
