We already know that the Air Jordan 6 is scheduled to have a big 2014, with its 23rd anniversary and all, but the first non-retro colorway that we’ve seen slated for the new year definitely turned more heads than expected by channeling that whole “Toro” phase the Air Jordan IV went through last year. Now it looks like the shoe will don the same ‘Infrared 23’ hue that found its way onto the Air Jordan 3Lab5 releasing on the last day of this year. With a leather upper drenched in the infamous bright red, black hits the midsole in this two-color scheme that should have fans of MJ’s first championship shoe readily waiting to grab them from retailers.
