Lately we’ve seen an influx in super-hero inspired customs, especially atop the Air Jordan V (considering that the model hasn’t been too difficult to find with it being the 23rd anniversary of the sneaker and all). One of the more interesting looks is when a customizer takes the original color blocking of the shoe and throws it out the weekend as we see DMC Kicks do here in his “Captain America” one-offs for Pacer’s guard George Hill (even though he wears Peak Shoes in-game). Taking the top panel, DMC covers it in a silver to mimic the hero’s silver shield while the bottom half of the shoe is hit with a cool navy. The crown jewel of the shoe may just be the Jumpman heel logo which gets dressed in Captain America’s spandex uniform. Hit the click for more images and let us know your thoughts in the comments.
