Jordan Brand has some surprising potential first time retros coming up for 2014. There’s the rumored Jordan Melo 1.5 that continues to appear in some original colorways, and now it looks like the Jordan Team 1 will be making its way back to retail shelves for the first time in 17 years. Back in 1997, Jordan Brand was in its initial year and this silhouette was one of the first non signature Jordans to hit the market branded as a ‘Team’ shoe. This particular model takes inspiration from some of the signature Jordans around the time, whether it be the holographic Jordan ‘eye’ taken from the Air Jordan XIII or the leather construction mirroring that of the Air Jordan 12. Hit with an all black upper, accents of white appear on the lining, laces, and sole to give it a clean look. Head to the gallery for a full look and let us know what you think of this Jordan Team 1 retro.
