The Air Jordan VI ‘White/Infrared” will make its way back to store shelves to start off 2014, but today our eyes get to feast on this OG 1991 pair of the Air Jordan VI “Infrared”. This shoe hits home with many Jordan collectors because it was the sneaker that carried MJ to the promised land as he won his first ring against Magic Johnson and the Los Angeles Lakers. The shoe features that patented 3M material on the air max unit, a feature that JB has abandoned in recent releases of the model (can we bring this back, please?) while Nike Air branding hits the back heel in lieu of today’s standard Jumpman. Check out all of the images of this original release in pristine condition in the gallery and pick up this rare piece from jordanvault on eBay.
