Today’s vintage find is an oddity to say the least. It’s well documented that MJ wasn’t happy after his second year with Nike and was looking to sign elsewhere until Tinker Hatfield came to save the day. After the Air Jordan III it was rare to see MJ sport any other shoe but his own signature (he took pain and aesthetics over a medical boot in the 1991 NBA Finals to show off his Air Jordan VI). Equally as rare is the man dubbed His Airness blocking a shot in a poster instead of taking it to the hoop in mid-air. The other curious addition to this poster is the fact that MJ isn’t wearing a sneaker from his signature line, but instead opted for the Nike Air Alpha Force Low. Hit the jump for a better look and buy this strange find today from 1andgoal on eBay.
