The Air Jordan XIII was a model that never ended up putting on the university blue and white UNC-style look at retail (We’re gonna say this pair didn’t have enough blue to qualify). Perhaps the closest it’s ever come to that happened here, on the Air Jordan XIII “Pantone”.
