The upcoming 2011 NBA Draft could be the most important draft in years for Michael Jordan and his Charlotte Bobcats despite it being one of the weaker drafts in recent history. They acquired the 9th and 19th picks in this year’s draft from the Portland Trailblazers when they traded forward Gerald Wallace. The Bobcats worked out Morehead State’s Kenneth Faried, who scouts say is one of the few NBA ready players in the draft. Other players that worked out for the Bobcats included Markieff Morris, Alex Stephenson, Gary Flowers, LaMarshall Corbett and Demontez Stitt. via TheSacramentoBee.
