Jordan Brand set sails into uncharted waters with the release of the Air Jordan Defining Moments pack of 2006. It was the first time in the brand’s history that two sneakers were packaged together. Of the two sneakers in the pack was the Air Jordan VI which instantly became a fan favorite because of its Black/Metallic Gold colorway. El Cappy recently put together a 2012 version of the shoe for a customer and if Jordan Brand was to retro the DMP VI, we’d imagine it would look something like this. With the Air Jordan VI ‘Lakers’ being used as the base, the 3M upper adds another level of flair that the original DMP VI didn’t have.
