Chris Paul is going to Los Angeles after all, but he won’t be wearing a Lakers jersey. Late Wednesday afternoon, the Los Angeles Clippers completed a deal with the NBA owned New Orleans Hornets that would send CP3 to LA for Eric Gordon, Chris Kaman, Al Farooq Aminu and a first round draft pick. The move instantly changes the league wide image of the Clippers as Paul transforms from league wide joke to a presence in the West. The Clippers expected starting lineup is projected to be Chris Paul, Chauncey Billups, Caron Butler, Blake Griffin and Deandre Jordan which is enough to be taken seriously in the Lakers’ city. With the Lakers fuming over their canceled deal, experts believe they have to make a move for Dwight Howard as soon as possible or risk fading into the background. Check out Chris Paul at the Los Angeles Clippers’ facility and let us know what you think about this transaction.
