Back in 2001, Jordan Brand released the Air Jordan XI Low all of which, featured brand new, fresh colorways. This Air Jordan XI sample was at one point destined to hit retailers along with the other editions, but was ultimately scrapped. The AJ XI Low sample features red patent leather as well as a yellow liner, both of which happen to be the old colors of the Houston Rockets. Considering that each colorway released found instant success, we can guess that these would have sold out swiftly as well.
