Borrowed from Michael Jordan’s nickname among his NBA peers in the late ’90s, the Black Cat theme has taken on a life of its own. Multiple sneakers have spun off since Air Jordan 4 Black Cat got it started in 2006, following with similar blacked out styles of late like the Jordan Son of Mars, Air Jordan 6, and Air Jordan 13. The Air Jordan 31 follow suit with a stealth black and grey Flyweave upper, supplemented with a judicious use of white trim and the Black Cat logo stamped on each tongue back.
