They’re rare but still out there. Originals of Air Jordan 7 “Olympic” are a little bit more available than you might imagine. Whether they’ve emerged from forgotten closets or handed down to relatives looking for a tidy profit, these once peak performance sneakers have become the ultimate sneaker collectibles.
Michael Jordan wore Air Jordan 7 “Olympic” throughout the entire 1992 Dream Team run, averaging 14.9 points, 2.4 rebounds, 4.8 assists, 4.6 steals and nearly one block during the Barcelona games. The Dream Team of course beat their opponents by an average margin of 43.8 points. The Olympic 7 has been retroed in 2004, as a “For The Love Of The Game” release in 2010, and once more in standard form in 2012.
