Jordan Brand split from Nike into its own thing in 1997, setting the stage for an expanded line of sneakers and apparel. The Jordan Jumpman Pro 2 helped get the sneaker side off to a good start in 1998, adding elements of Air Jordan 14 into the mix for a fresh non-signature shoe for straight balling. Though various colorways were released at the time, none have made their way into Jordan Brand’s retro schedule just yet.
