Jordan Brand is not only paying tribute to the Chicago, Banned and Royal colorways in one shoe when Air Jordan 1 Top Three releases on Monday, November 28th, they’ve also brought back the OG Air Jordan tracksuit from 1985.
The simple two-tone black and blue nylon suit looks an exact copy of the one Michael Jordan wore during the 1985 NBA Slam Dunk Contest and for Air Jordan 1 promotional photo shoots. The look has not been available at retail since ’85, a huge plus for longtime fans and the younger generation looking for a direct tie to MJ’s career beginnings.
