Air Jordan 31 “Chicago” marks the fourth colorway to be released since the “Banned” 31 debuted in September. As much as the 31’s design in inspired by that of Air Jordan 1, key colorways have also mimicked original looks that Michael Jordan made famous during his 1984-85 rookie season.
Where the “Banned” 31 mixed the primary black and red of “Banned” 1, the “Chicago” 31 reinterprets the red and white of the “Chicago” 1. Reading back to front, University Red saturates the upper while subtly bringing in white through the toe box. Black laces and logos finish the familiar look.
Air Jordan 31 “Chicago” releases this Saturday, November 5th, followed by Air Jordan 31 “N7” on November 7th. Take a closer look below and let us know if you’re picking these up.
