Inspired by the film Kubo and the Two Strings, Nike design legend Tinker Hatfield reworked Air Jordan 15 to represent the spirit of the tale. The result is a design that balances the 15’s iconic woven and cladded appearance with a zip-up shroud that deletes the jutted tongue in favor of a sleek flow. Approximately 200 pairs of “Kubo” Air Jordan 15s were auctioned to benefit actor Matthew McConaughey’s Just Keep Livin Foundation, while five were set aside as prizes for the Kubo “Moon Beast” online game contest. Despite the ultra limited number, you can find select pairs of this exclusive now at Stadium Goods.
