While Air Jordan 2009 doesn’t seem to elicit the same excitement as many others in the flagship line, it did have a moment in the sun. This Black/Metallic Gold “S23” release dropped on January 31, 2009 at just three Foot Locker House of Hoops stores, as well as online as an Air Jordan Flight Club release. Limited numbers, too – 1005 in the United States and 1004 for the rest of the world for a total of 2009. With seven years elapsed since, the S23 is even rarer today.
