In betweeen stints with the Birmingham Barons in 1994-95, Michael Jordan suited up for the Scottsdale Scorpions in the ’94 Arizona Fall League. MJ brought his Air Jordan 9 cleats with him to The Grand Canyon State, batting .252 with eight RBIs compared to .202 and 51 RBIs with the Birmingham Barons. Jordan’s time in Scottsdale is also noted for a jersey number other than the 23 or 45 he’s known for – 35.
