The University of Michigan will officially be a Nike school once the clock strikes midnight, August 1. Part of the new deal, announced in July 2015, is the option to wear Jordan Brand footwear and apparel, which should be a well-received option with UM’s basketball and football programs. The Jordan Trainer 1 is part of the first wave of gear, featuring Michigan’s blue and gold set inside elephant print, with the iconic M logo underneath translucent tread. Stay tuned for more looks at Jordan Brand x Michigan stock as we head into the fall.
