Kobe Bryant’s final NBA game drew a host of stars to Staples Center last night, each eager to witness Bryant’s historic sign-off. Of course, no one could’ve anticipated it would be historic to the tune of 60 points, but stars and die-hard fans turned up for the occasion in their best Lakers gear. Jay-Z in NYC all the way but paid tribute to the Black Mamba in a pair of Air Jordan 8 Kobe. The shoe, along with its Air Jordan 3 counterpart, remains available only to the well-connected (and/or well-funded), but perhaps Jordan Brand will reconsider after Kobe’s crazy night.
