Michael Jordan wasn’t nicknamed “Air Jordan” for nothing. With all due respect to Dr. J, MJ made dunking an art form, winning back to back dunk contests in 1987 and 1988 in his prime. Jordan Brand is honoring that legacy with the “Dunk From Above” collection. Air Jordan 4 is first up in the group, combining navy leather, gold and gum soles – definite first for this 1989 classic. No Nike Air but the shoe is remastered for that OG feel. If you want to wait for retail, you’ll be able to pick these up on release day this Saturday, March 19th.
