Matt Harvey is known as the star pitcher for the New York Mets, but he’s a basketball player and sneaker fan at his roots. Which means you gotta keep your rotation stocked.
Complex recently tagged along with the right-hander to do just that at Stadium Goods, the premier premium sneaker shop in New York City.
In the series video, we learn that the University of North Carolina alum grew up a Tar Heel fan – which of course helped lay a nice foundation for his love of Air Jordans – and that a pair of his beloved Air Jordan XIs were swiped from his apartment in college. Ouch.
