Taken by itself, the act of halving a shoe like the Air Jordan 3 “Doernbecher” is certifiably looney.

But Alex Walter, known on YouTube as SneakerHeadInTheBay, did it for a sane reason. All of the ad revenue from people watching this coveted and very expensive sneaker get the saw will be donated to Doernbecher Children’s Hospital.
