A kind and courteous disposition is one of the marks of a good realtor, but Lee Mintz proves that wearing Air Jordans can be, too.
A real estate agent based in Los Angeles, Mintz says that her 26 pairs of Air Jordans in mens size 5.5 not only get the attention of clients, they also become her calling card for business.
“A woman that wears Jordans, she’s considered cool,” Mintz told The Wall Street Journal.
Her clients include NBA and NFL stars like John Wall and Chris Johnson, an elite group no doubt impressed by her favorite sneakers like Air Jordan 5 “Oreo.”
The often shared sneaker affinity between Mintz and prospective buyers builds a rapport that’s definitely not commonplace in the housing market.
