Long before the Dub Zero and Spiz’ike hit the scene, Air Jordan 1.5 was killing the hybrid sneaker game. We just didn’t know it because Michael Jordan wore them for a limited number of games, and Nike never put them on shelves. That wrong is being made right this year with the release of the 1.5 “Chicago” and this black/gum version hitting this weekend. The upper is firmly Air Jordan 1, that universally familiar look, while the sole sneaks into Air Jordan 2 style with a thicker platform.
