The New Air Jordan 5 “Michigan” May Be The Greatest College Exclusive Ever

The Oregon Ducks set the college player exclusive precedent with green suede Air Jordan 5s. Now, the Michigan Wolverines are challenging with their own take, a yellow suede version that appears to be making its way to Jordan Brand’s celebrity friends Mark Wahlberg and DJ Khaled. The layout resembles the Air Jordan 2 “Candy Pack” with a monochrome color treatment and black trim as the offset. A blacked out reflective tongue and Michigan-specific logos round out the look. Don’t count on a retail release but it’s a safe bet we’ll see more of these on social media in the coming days and weeks.
