Thirty years is a long time to wait for anything, especially a sneaker classic like the Air Jordan 1 “UNC.” Jordan Brand has opened the vault for this release, seeing the light of day in its original format for the first time since 1985. Like its “Bulls” and “Shattered Backboard” counterparts that seared retail earlier this year, the UNCs are period correct – full grain leather everywhere, Nike Air tags on nylon, and the extra set of laces. Release day is October 10 but early pairs are happening now on eBay.
