Air Jordan 7 “Nothing But Net” Remembers MJ & Larry’s Epic Duel

Jordan Brand’s inspiration wheel finally clicked on the McDonald’s “Nothing But Net” commercial from Super Bowl XXVII, starring Michael Jordan and Larry Bird in a game of H.O.R.S.E. that quickly escalates into the reaches of impossibility – all for the rights to scarf down a Big Mac and fries. If you remember that commercial (watch it below) you’ll recognize the graphic pattern Air Jordan shirt and shorts – no sweater – that MJ wears in the spot, with purple, red and yellow hectically mingling in an all-over print. Jordan Brand re-created that look for this upcoming Air Jordan 7‘s theme, wisely choosing to use it only as accenting over white leather.
