Air Jordan XI x Lego? Perhaps the most famous sneaker ever created could become a Lego set thanks to a fan-produced concept and support bank. A fan by the name of Tom Yoo has developed a Lego edition of the Air Jordan XI “Concord” complete with blue-tinted translucent pieces for the sole. And he’s currently trying to gather support in the “Ideas” wing of Lego.com to get it made and put on shelves to buy.

It’ll be interesting to gauge the public’s interest in having sneakers become toys in this manner. As is the case with many beloved products, people’s emotional ties and appreciation of an item tends to manifest in an array of products extra to the original. We want more of what makes us happy. That’s why they make Spider-Man bed sheets, KISS table lamps, and the Apple Watch. Will we see Jordans and other prime sneakers branch into Lego-land and other toy ventures?
