The Air Jordan 1 has been branching out for the past year or so. It all started when the brand reintroduced the classic ‘Nike Air’ branding atop the Air Jordan 1 Retro High OG and from there, despite a bevy of new colorways, the old school traditionalism of the model caught people’s attentions with a number of retro releases. Then there was the Nike SB three part series (of which we’re still waiting on a look at the third creation). Now it looks like Dao Yi-Chow and Maxwell Osborne of Public School will get a crack at the legendary sneaker with the Air Jordan 1 “PSNY”. With a premium black leather on the upper, the cement speckling on the midsole is a nice addition to contrast with an icy outsole. The bottom even sees a red insert reminiscent of those TEDx Portland one-offs. While this set of detailed images is strictly of the Family and Friends release, there’s rumored to be a slightly different take on this pair set to release at Jordan Brand’s Flight 23 Flagship. Hit the click for more and let us know if you’re feeling this pair in the comments.
