The NBA playoff race continues to pick up its pace, but it feels like something is missing without the sharpshooting bench tendencies of Richard Hamilton. And while his UConn alma mater just made it to another Final Four, Rip was feeling charitable so he dropped a preview of what could be another upcoming Air Jordan 2. Featuring a “Raptors”-like inspiration the shoe has a wolf grey upper featuring Safari print on the toe and ankle support. Add in a purple accent on the midsole and laces with a red speckle and the shoe definitely brings a new twist to MJ’s second silhouette. What do you think of this brand new colorway atop the Air Jordan 2? While we don’t know if these will see a release date anytime soon or whether they’ll stay a sample (a similar fate goes for that “Night Shade” Air Jordan 2) you can check out a full video of the sharp shooter showing off this pair and let us know if you’d pick them up if they ever see retailers.
