The Air Jordan 12 lifted Michael Jordan past the Utah Jazz for the first time in 1997 and was inspired by the Japanese flag’s rising sun motif. While the twelfth signature has remained quiet over the summer, it looks like it will return for a Holiday release in the simplistically classic Air Jordan XII “Taxi” look that features a contrasting white and black scheme while accents of gold pay homage to Manhattan’s famed taxi service.
