Since Michael Jordan entered the game of basketball, many players have been compared to him ranging from Harold Miner to LeBron James. Let’s face it, LeBron is the most athletically gifted player to ever play the game of basketball but one thing continues to elude him, a championship ring. Michael Jordan’s friend and former teammate, Charles Oakley, recently commented on LeBron James. According to Oakley, LeBron and Michael shouldn’t be uttered in the same conversation and that the only NBA player that will ever come close to Michael is Kobe Bryant. In addition to that, he said that LeBron needs to go back to his fundamentals. Its not the first time we’ve heard this before regarding LeBron and as his career progresses, it certainly won’t be the last. Let us know what you think about Oakley’s comments and head over to CBSSports for the full feature.
